How many vehicle types do you offer?
Our fleet spans 13 vehicle types, carrying anything from a single passenger up to 52. The full line-up runs Saloon (Toyota Prius), Estate, Executive (Mercedes E-Class), MPV 5-seater, MPV 6-seater, MPV 7-seater, Executive MPV 7-seater (Mercedes V-Class), MPV 8-seater, plus 10, 12, 14 and 16-seater minibuses and, for the largest parties, a 52-seater coach. Every vehicle is TfL-licensed and driven by a DBS-checked professional.
Which vehicle should I book for my group size?
For 1 to 3 passengers with up to 3 bags, a Saloon is the natural choice, while an Estate adds boot space for four travellers with extra luggage. Five passengers fit the MPV 5 or MPV 6, and groups of six or seven suit the MPV 7 or the Executive V-Class. Eight passengers travel comfortably in the MPV 8-seater, and our 10, 12, 14 and 16-seater minibuses cover larger parties. For very large groups such as weddings, conferences, corporate events and sports teams, a 52-seater coach is available on request. For business travel, the Executive saloon or V-Class delivers premium comfort.
Are all your drivers TfL licensed?
Yes. Every driver holds a valid Transport for London (TfL) private hire licence and a PCO (Public Carriage Office) badge, is DBS-checked for your safety, and is fully insured for passenger transport. Each has completed extensive route training across all six London airports, and we hold every driver to strict standards of presentation, professionalism and customer service.
What is included in the fixed fare?
Every fixed fare is all-inclusive: airport parking, meet and greet at arrivals with a name board, real-time flight monitoring, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time at Heathrow (30 minutes at other airports), luggage assistance, all road tolls, fuel and VAT. There is no surge pricing and there are no hidden extras. The price quoted at booking is the exact amount you pay.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Baby seats, toddler seats and booster seats are provided free of charge in any vehicle. Simply tell us the age and number of children when you book and the correct seats will be fitted in advance. UK law requires a child seat for children under 12 years old or under 135cm in height, and our drivers are trained to fit and check them safely.
Can I book a vehicle for a specific cruise port or train station?
Yes, our fleet operates well beyond airport transfers. We run cruise port taxi transfers to Southampton, Dover, Tilbury, Harwich and Portsmouth, train station taxi transfers from all London stations including King's Cross, St Pancras, Paddington and Euston, plus long-distance taxi services right across the UK.
