We operate a fleet of 12 vehicle types ranging from 3-passenger saloon cars to 16-seater minibuses. The full lineup includes Saloon, Estate, Executive, MPV 5-seater, MPV 6-seater, MPV 7-seater, Executive MPV 7-seater (Mercedes V-Class), MPV 8-seater, 10-seater minibus, 12-seater minibus, 14-seater minibus, and 16-seater minibus. Every vehicle is TfL-licensed and driven by a DBS-checked professional driver.
Which vehicle should I book for my group size?
For 1-3 passengers with up to 3 bags, choose a Saloon. For 4 passengers with extra luggage, choose an Estate. For 5 passengers, our MPV 5 or MPV 6 is ideal. Groups of 6-7 should consider an MPV 7 or Executive V-Class. Groups of 8 fit comfortably in an MPV 8-seater. For 10-16 passengers, our minibus range (10, 12, 14, 16 seaters) provides ample space for passengers and luggage. For business travel, our Executive saloon or V-Class offers premium comfort.
Are all your drivers TfL licensed?
Yes, every driver in our fleet holds a valid Transport for London (TfL) Private Hire Operator licence and a PCO (Public Carriage Office) badge. All drivers are also DBS-checked for safety, fully insured for passenger transport, and have completed extensive route training across all six London airports. What is included in the fixed fare?
All our fixed fares include: airport parking fees, meet and greet service at arrivals with a name board, real-time flight monitoring, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time at Heathrow (30 minutes at other airports), luggage assistance, all road tolls, fuel costs, and VAT. There are no hidden charges, surge pricing, or extra fees. The price quoted at booking is the exact amount you pay.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we provide baby seats, toddler seats, and booster seats free of charge for all vehicles. Simply specify the age and number of children when you book and we will ensure the correct seats are fitted in advance. Child seats are mandatory by UK law for children under 12 years old or under 135cm in height. Our drivers are trained to install and check child seats safely.
Can I book a vehicle for a specific cruise port or train station?
Yes, our fleet operates beyond airport transfers.
