It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details provided at the time of booking are accurate. This includes name, email, contact number, passenger details, luggage requirements, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date, and time.
Bookings can be made online through our secure booking system or via our customer support team.
You will receive an instant booking confirmation email with all journey details once your reservation is processed.
2. Prices & Payments
All our fares are fixed at the time of booking. Once confirmed, the price will not change regardless of traffic delays, diversions, or weather conditions.
Advertised prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
Payments can be made securely online using major credit/debit cards.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pick-up time: A small 5% transaction fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance refunded within 2–3 working days.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of pick-up time: The fare is non-refundable.
Flight cancellations: If your flight is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund, provided evidence is supplied.
4. Vehicle Types & Standards
It is the passenger’s responsibility to book the correct vehicle type for the number of passengers and luggage.
Vehicle images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only. The make, model, and colour may vary.
All vehicles are fully licensed, insured, and maintained to Transport for London (TFL) standards.
5. Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g., child seats, accessibility requirements, additional stops) must be specified at the time of booking.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability.
6. Waiting Time & Flight Monitoring
Airport Pickups: We include free waiting time (typically up to 30 minutes) to allow for delays in customs or baggage collection.
Flight Monitoring: We monitor flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pick-up time at no extra charge.
Additional waiting time charges may apply if the free allowance is exceeded.
7. Journey Times & Delays
Quoted journey times are estimates based on normal traffic and road conditions.
London Airport Taxi is not liable for delays caused by road closures, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Contracts & Service Providers
By booking with London Airport Taxi, you are entering into a contract with a licensed private hire operator or driver allocated to your booking.
Confirmation of your booking details will be provided by the assigned driver/operator.
We reserve the right to decline any booking request. In the unlikely event we are unable to allocate a driver, you will be informed promptly and refunded in full.
9. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time.
London Airport Taxi accepts no liability for missed flights or appointments if passengers are not at the pick-up point on time.
No smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal substances is permitted inside vehicles.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked journey.
London Airport Taxi is not liable for any losses, missed connections, or consequential damages arising from delays or unforeseen circumstances.
11. Complaints & Customer Support
We strive to provide a reliable airport taxi transfer service. If you have a complaint, please contact us within 7 days of your journey at info@londonairport-taxi.com.
All complaints will be investigated promptly and fairly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
