Heathrow Flight Arrivals & Departures – Live LHR Board

Live arrival and departure times for all four Heathrow terminals, updated continuously. Check whether your flight has landed, then see exactly where your driver will be waiting — with 60 minutes’ free waiting timed from the moment the wheels touch down, not from your scheduled time.

Live Heathrow Arrivals & Departures

The board covers every Heathrow terminal in one list — find your flight by its number or by the city it is coming from, and use the board’s own Departures link if you are seeing someone off. The map beside it shows what is in the air around the airport right now.

Flight times change at short notice, and neither the board nor the map is a guarantee. Always confirm your flight and your terminal with your airline or with Heathrow Airport before you travel. How to Read the Heathrow Arrivals Board

If you are meeting someone off a flight, three columns matter more than the rest.

Status is the column that matters

Estimated is a prediction and will move. Landed means the aircraft is on the ground — but not that the passenger is through. Immigration and baggage reclaim at Heathrow commonly add 30 to 60 minutes on top, and longer for a full wide-body arrival at peak times.

Terminal decides where you stand

Heathrow’s four terminals have separate arrivals halls that are a shuttle or train ride apart. Standing in the wrong one is the single most common meeting mistake. The board does not label a terminal column, so check your airline or the table below rather than relying on a previous trip.

Origin helps you find the flight

If you do not have the flight number, search by the city it departed from. Codeshares can appear under a different airline’s number, so the origin city and the arrival time together are usually the quicker way to identify the right row.

Meeting Your Driver After You Land

Checking the board is only half the job. This is what happens on our side once your flight is on the ground.

  • We watch the same landing time you do. Your booking is monitored against the live arrival time, so an early or late landing moves the pickup with it. You do not need to call us to reschedule.
  • Free waiting starts when you land, not when you were due. Every Heathrow arrival includes 60 minutes’ free waiting, timed from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — which is what covers immigration and baggage reclaim.
  • You get the driver’s details by text. Once you have landed you receive your driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position.
  • Your driver comes inside. Meet and greet is included at every terminal — your driver parks and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, so there is no kerbside hunt and no rank queue.
  • Parking and the drop-off charge are already in the fare. Terminal parking, the £7 Heathrow drop-off charge, M4 and M25 tolls and the congestion charge where it applies are all inside the price you were quoted.

Full meeting points for each terminal, including exactly which shop to head for, are on the Heathrow airport taxi page. If you are already booked and something has changed, call +44 20 3617 7825 — the line is staffed 24/7.

Which Heathrow Terminal Is Your Flight?

The arrivals board shows the terminal for each flight. This table is a quick sense-check of the main carriers at each one — but several airlines use more than one terminal. British Airways, for example, flies from both Terminal 5 and Terminal 3. Always check the board or your airline rather than assuming.

Terminal Main airlines Where your driver waits
Terminal 2
The Queen’s Terminal
Star Alliance carriers including United, Lufthansa and Air Canada Arrivals hall, by Costa Coffee
Terminal 3 British Airways (many long-haul routes), Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, American Airlines, Cathay Pacific Arrivals meeting point sign, as you exit customs
Terminal 4 KLM, Air France, Qatar Airways, Malaysia Airlines Arrivals hall, near WHSmith
Terminal 5 British Airways (most flights) and Iberia Arrivals hall, by Costa Coffee

Arriving into Terminal 5? The Terminal 5 taxi pickup guide covers that hall in detail. For what a transfer costs from any terminal, see Heathrow airport taxi prices.

Heathrow Flight Arrivals – Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check if a Heathrow flight has landed?

Use the arrivals board on this page and find the flight by its number or origin city. The status column shows Estimated while the flight is inbound and Landed once the aircraft is on the ground. Landed does not mean the passenger is through — immigration and baggage reclaim usually add another 30 to 60 minutes.

Does my driver track my flight?

Yes. Every Heathrow booking is monitored against the live arrival time, so if you land early or late your pickup moves with the aircraft. You do not need to call and reschedule. Your 60 minutes’ free waiting is timed from the moment you land rather than from your original scheduled arrival.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your driver is dispatched against the updated landing time, and the fare agreed at booking does not change because of the delay itself. The 60 minutes’ free waiting then begins when you land. If a delay runs into several hours or your flight is cancelled, call us on +44 20 3617 7825 so we can move or cancel the booking.

Which terminal will my flight arrive at?

The board above has no separate terminal column — where a terminal is known it appears as a single digit after the airline name, so it is easy to miss. Heathrow has four passenger terminals, 2, 3, 4 and 5, each with its own arrivals hall. Use the table on this page as a sense-check, and confirm with your airline, because some carriers use more than one terminal.

Where will my driver meet me at Heathrow?

Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. Once you have landed you receive a text with the driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position. Meet and greet and terminal parking are included in the fare at all four terminals.

Can I see tomorrow’s Heathrow arrivals?

The board on this page shows today’s flights and the schedule immediately ahead. For a specific future date, use the official Heathrow arrivals and departures pages at heathrow.com, which let you pick a date. Schedules published in advance are planned times and are the most likely to move.
