Gatwick Flight Arrivals Today – Live LGW Board

Live arrival times for both Gatwick terminals, North and South, updated continuously. Check whether your flight has landed, then see exactly where your driver will be waiting — with 45 minutes’ free waiting timed from the moment the wheels touch down, not from your scheduled time.

Live Gatwick Arrivals – North and South Terminals

The board covers both Gatwick terminals in one list — find your flight by its number or by the city it is coming from, and use the board’s own date selector for tomorrow or its Departures link if you are seeing someone off. The map beside it shows what is in the air around the airport right now.

Flight times change at short notice, and neither the board nor the map is a guarantee. Always confirm your flight and your terminal with your airline or with London Gatwick Airport before you travel. How to Read the Gatwick Arrivals Board

If you are meeting someone off a flight, three columns matter more than the rest.

Status is the column that matters

Estimated is a prediction and will move. Landed means the aircraft is on the ground — but not that the passenger is through. Immigration and the baggage hall typically add another 20 to 40 minutes on an international arrival, and longer when several wide-bodies land together.

Terminal decides where you stand

North and South are separate buildings with separate arrivals halls, linked by a free inter-terminal shuttle that runs 24/7. Standing in the wrong one is the single most common meeting mistake at Gatwick. Airlines do move between terminals, so check the board rather than relying on a previous trip.

Origin helps you find the flight

If you do not have the flight number, search by the city it departed from. Codeshares can appear under a different airline’s number, so the origin city and the arrival time together are usually the quicker way to identify the right row.

Meeting Your Driver After You Land

Checking the board is only half the job. This is what happens on our side once your flight is on the ground.

  • We watch the same landing time you do. Your booking is monitored against the live arrival time, so an early or late landing moves the pickup with it. You do not need to call us to reschedule.
  • Free waiting starts when you land, not when you were due. Every Gatwick arrival includes 45 minutes’ free waiting, timed from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — which is what covers immigration and baggage reclaim.
  • You get the driver’s details by text. Once you have landed you receive your driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position.
  • Your driver comes inside. Meet and greet is included at both terminals — your driver parks and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, so there is no kerbside hunt and no rank queue.
  • Parking and the drop-off charge are already in the fare. Terminal parking, the Gatwick drop-off charge that applies at both North and South, M23 and M25 tolls, the Dartford Crossing where it applies and the London Congestion Charge are all inside the price you were quoted — see Gatwick taxi prices for what a transfer costs.

Full meeting points for each terminal, along with coverage and vehicle options, are on the Gatwick airport taxi page. If you are already booked and something has changed, call +44 20 3617 7825 — the line is staffed 24/7.

North or South Terminal – Which Is Your Flight?

The arrivals board shows the terminal for each flight. This table is a quick sense-check of the main carriers at each one — but airline terminal assignments do change, so the board and your airline are the authority. A free shuttle runs between the two terminals 24 hours a day if you find yourself in the wrong one.

Terminal Main airlines Where your driver waits
North Terminal easyJet, Norwegian, TUI, Turkish Airlines, Vueling Information Desk, by the escalators down from arrivals
South Terminal British Airways, Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Wizz Air Costa Coffee opposite the main exit, by WHSmith

Dropping someone off rather than collecting them? The Gatwick drop-off charge guide explains what the forecourt costs and how to avoid it. For what a transfer costs from either terminal, see Gatwick airport taxi prices.

Gatwick Flight Arrivals – Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check if a Gatwick flight has landed?

Use the arrivals board on this page and find the flight by its number or origin city. The status column shows Estimated while the flight is inbound and Landed once the aircraft is on the ground. Landed does not mean the passenger is through — immigration and baggage reclaim usually add another 20 to 40 minutes on an international arrival.

Does my driver track my flight?

Yes. Every Gatwick booking is monitored against the live arrival time, so if you land early or late your pickup moves with the aircraft. You do not need to call and reschedule. Your 45 minutes’ free waiting is timed from the moment you land rather than from your original scheduled arrival.

What happens if my flight into Gatwick is delayed?

Your driver is dispatched against the updated landing time, and the fare agreed at booking does not change because of the delay itself. The 45 minutes’ free waiting then begins when you land. If a delay runs into several hours or your flight is cancelled, call us on +44 20 3617 7825 so we can move or cancel the booking.

Does my flight arrive at Gatwick North or South Terminal?

The terminal is shown against each flight on the arrivals board above. Gatwick has two passenger terminals, North and South, each with its own arrivals hall, and a free shuttle runs between them 24 hours a day. Airlines are occasionally reassigned between terminals, so confirm with your airline before travelling rather than relying on a previous trip.

Where will my driver meet me at Gatwick?

Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. At South Terminal that is by the Costa Coffee opposite the main exit, near WHSmith; at North Terminal it is the Information Desk by the escalators down from arrivals. Once you have landed you receive a text with the driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position.

Can I see tomorrow’s Gatwick arrivals?

Yes, up to a point. The board on this page has its own date selector covering today and the following day, so tomorrow’s scheduled arrivals are there. For dates further ahead, use the official London Gatwick flight information page at gatwickairport.com. Schedules published in advance are planned times and are the most likely to move.
