Stansted Arrivals & Departures – Live STN Board

Live arrival and departure times for London Stansted, updated continuously. Check whether your flight has landed, then walk straight out to your driver — with 30 minutes’ free waiting timed from the moment the wheels touch down, not from your scheduled time.

Live Stansted Arrivals & Departures

Stansted runs a single terminal, so every flight on this board comes into the same building — there is no terminal column to check and no wrong hall to stand in. Find your flight by its number or by the city it is coming from, and use the board’s own Departures link if you are seeing someone off. The map beside it shows what is in the air around the airport right now.

Flight times change at short notice, and neither the board nor the map is a guarantee. Always confirm your flight with your airline or with London Stansted Airport before you travel. We are an independent private hire operator and are not affiliated with London Stansted Airport or with any airline.

How to Read the Stansted Arrivals Board

The board lists Time, Date, origin airport code, origin city, flight number, airline and status. If you do not have the flight number, search by the city it departed from — codeshares can appear under a different airline’s number, so the origin and the arrival time together are usually the quicker way to find the row. Three things are worth knowing before you set off for the airport.

Status is the column that matters

Estimated is a prediction and will move. Landed means the aircraft is on the ground — but not that the passenger is out. Border Force queues at Stansted can run 30 to 45 minutes at peak times, and baggage reclaim comes after that, so do not set off the instant the status flips.

There is no terminal column, and you do not need one

Stansted operates a single terminal building, so every airline arrives and departs from the same place. The commonest meeting mistake at Heathrow or Gatwick — waiting in the wrong hall — simply cannot happen here. One building, one arrivals lounge, one place to stand.

Today, tomorrow, or a particular hour

The board opens on today and scrolls to the current hour. Its own date selector covers tomorrow and the week just gone, and the hour selector jumps straight to a time — useful if you are planning a pickup a day ahead rather than watching a flight that is already in the air.

Meeting Your Driver After You Land

Checking the board is only half the job. This is what happens on our side once your flight is on the ground.

  • We watch the same landing time you do. Your booking is monitored against the live arrival time, so an early or late landing moves the pickup with it, at no extra charge. You do not need to call us to reschedule.
  • Free waiting starts when you land, not when you were due. Every Stansted arrival includes 30 minutes’ free waiting, timed from the moment the aircraft is on the ground — which is what covers immigration and baggage reclaim.
  • You get the driver’s details by text. Once you have landed you receive your driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position.
  • Your driver comes inside. Meet and greet is included, so your driver parks and waits in the arrivals lounge with a name board rather than at the kerb. That matters more at Stansted than elsewhere: there is no black-cab rank here, only the airport’s own private hire partner, booked at a desk inside arrivals.
  • Parking and the drop-off charge are already in the fare. Terminal parking, the £10 Stansted drop-off charge, M11 and M25 tolls and the congestion charge where it applies are all inside the price you were quoted.

The full meeting-point walkthrough, including how the name boards work, is in our Stansted meet and greet guide, and the charge itself is broken down on the Stansted drop-off charge page. If you are already booked and something has changed, call +44 20 3617 7825 — the line is staffed 24/7.

One Terminal: What Happens Between Landing and the Car

Because Stansted has one terminal, the useful question is not which building but how long after Landed. This is the sequence a Stansted arrival actually goes through, and where your driver is at each point. Times are typical rather than guaranteed — queues vary by hour and by season.

Stage What happens Where your driver is
Wheels down The board switches to Landed. Your 30 minutes’ free waiting starts here, not at your scheduled time. Already at the airport, parked in the short-stay car park
Immigration Border Force queues can run 30 to 45 minutes at peak times. Nothing you need to do — the delay does not change your fare. Waiting inside; no need to call or message us
Baggage reclaim You receive a text with your driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position. Moving into position in the arrivals lounge
Customs exit One exit for international arrivals; domestic arrivals come through a separate door into the same lounge. Just past the customs exit doors, holding a printed name board
To the car Typically 5 to 10 minutes from exiting customs to being in the vehicle, including a 2 to 3 minute walk. Beside you, carrying the luggage to the short-stay car park

Flying out rather than in? Departures are dropped at the terminal entrance on the departures forecourt. For the full Stansted service, including the areas we cover and the routes we use, see the Stansted airport taxi page. For what a transfer costs, see Stansted airport taxi prices.

Stansted Flight Arrivals – Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check if a Stansted flight has landed?

Use the arrivals board on this page and find the flight by its number or origin city. The status column shows Estimated while the flight is inbound and Landed once the aircraft is on the ground. Landed does not mean the passenger is out — Border Force queues at Stansted can run 30 to 45 minutes at peak times, and baggage reclaim comes after that.

Which terminal does my flight arrive at Stansted?

Stansted has only one passenger terminal, so every airline arrives into the same building and there is no terminal to choose or check. That is why the arrivals board has no terminal column. International arrivals come out through one customs exit, and domestic arrivals through a separate door into the same arrivals lounge.

Does my driver track my flight?

Yes. Every Stansted booking is monitored against the live arrival time, so if you land early or late your pickup moves with the aircraft at no extra charge. You do not need to call and reschedule. Your 30 minutes’ free waiting is timed from the moment you land rather than from your original scheduled arrival.

Can I see Stansted arrivals for tomorrow?

Yes. The board opens on today, and its own date selector includes tomorrow as well as the week just gone. There is also an hour selector if you want to jump straight to a particular time. Schedules published in advance are planned times and are the most likely to move, so check again on the day.

Where will my driver meet me at Stansted?

Inside the arrivals lounge, just past the customs exit doors, holding a printed name board. Once you have landed you receive a text with the driver’s name, vehicle, registration and exact standing position. Meet and greet and terminal parking are included in the fare, and it is a two to three minute walk to the short-stay car park.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your driver is dispatched against the updated landing time, and the fare agreed at booking does not change because of the delay itself. The 30 minutes’ free waiting then begins when you land. If a delay runs into several hours or your flight is cancelled, call us on +44 20 3617 7825 so we can move or cancel the booking.
