No train runs straight from Watford to Heathrow and the RailAir coach stops only at Terminals 2 and 3, so LondonAirport‑Taxi.com drives you down the M25 to any terminal on a fixed fare.
Available 24/7, 365 days a year. See every Heathrow fare.
Looking for a reliable Watford to Heathrow Airport taxi? LondonAirport‑Taxi.com picks up anywhere in the town — the terraces around Vicarage Road, the big houses of Cassiobury and Nascot Wood, the flats by Watford Junction, and the estates of Garston, Leavesden and South Oxhey — and takes you to the terminal door for a fare agreed before you travel. Watford sits on the outside edge of the M25, so the motorway is the obvious way in: town-centre pickups leave by Hempstead Road for Junction 19, homes nearer Kings Langley use Junction 20, and the driver then heads anticlockwise to the Heathrow junctions. If the orbital is jammed, there is a back route through Rickmansworth and Uxbridge.
Landing at Heathrow after a long flight, you will find your driver in the arrivals hall with your name on a board, at the official meeting point for T2, T3, T4 or T5. Your flight is tracked from take-off, and the 60 minutes of free waiting only start once the wheels touch down, so a slow passport queue or a late bag does not cost you anything. Parents can ask for child seats when booking; they are free in MPVs and larger cars, up to two per vehicle, and fitted before the pickup. The price is set at booking, with the Heathrow drop-off charge already included in the fixed fare and no extra for nights or bank holidays.
Professional fixed-fare transfers connecting Watford and the wider East of England to every Heathrow terminal — with TfL-licensed drivers, real-time flight tracking, and complimentary meet & greet on arrival.

From central Watford the driver follows the A411 Hempstead Road out past Cassiobury to the M25 at Junction 19, while addresses towards Kings Langley and Abbots Langley join at Junction 20 off the A41. The car then runs anticlockwise past Maple Cross and the M40 interchange at Junction 16 to Junction 15, where the M4 and its airport spur lead to Terminals 2 and 3, or carries on to Junction 14 for Terminals 4 and 5. When the M25 grinds to a halt between Junctions 17 and 15, the alternative is the A412 through Rickmansworth to Denham, the A40 into Uxbridge, and the A408 south through Cowley and West Drayton to the airport.

Plenty of overseas visitors land at Heathrow with the Warner Bros. Studio Tour at Leavesden as the main event, and they often stay in or around Watford for it.
Heathrow’s long-haul and European departures start early, and the first public coach from Watford Junction may not reach the terminal in time for check-in. A pre-booked car from Cassiobury, Garston or Bushey runs along a quiet M25 in the small hours.
